Product Description:

ORI-TECH Gear Oil is very high quality, extreme pressure lubricant oil, with sulphur-phosphorus additives, which has been developed for all types of industrial steel gearing in sealed gearboxes.

Application:

Especially recommended for all types of industrial steel gearing in sealed gearboxes, operating under severe service conditions and subject to high shock loads, or large constant or intermittent forces, including those that operate at very high loads and speeds.
Its excellent extreme pressure properties make it essential for certain, heavily loaded reducers at low speeds, where there is a risk of “MICROPITTING”.

Excellent lubricant properties. Reduces the coefficient of friction under thin film lubrication conditions. Excellent de mulsification properties.
Excellent thermal and oxidation stability. Prevents sludge formation at high temperatures.
High anti-corrosive and anti-rust powers in the presence of moisture.
High resistance to foam formation.
Good separation in the presence of water.
Facilitates controlled running and prevents pitting of gear teeth.
Limits friction losses, smooth, uniform and silent gear operation.
Increases gearing useful life by reducing the presence of oxidized compounds, wear particles and deposits in general.
Notably increases oil change periods due to its excellent oxidation stability and easy water separation.
